It is understood that the total investment of the industrial park is 3.28 billion yuan, and it is divided into two phases.Among them, total investment of the phase I is 1.28 billion yuan, covering an area of 150,000 square meters, which mainly produces low radiation coating (Low-E)original sheet and deep processing products once it is completed. Phase II covering an area of 280,000 square meters with total investment of 2 billion yuan, mainly build solar energy material, two cavity three glass energy saving intelligent doors and windows, as well as vacuum energy saving new material production line.

It is reported that since this year, Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone has made great efforts to build "Innovative Greatand Beauty" development zone, to provide great service in project tracking and various support facility, both government and enterprise make efforts to speed up the project construction. Up till now, there are 43 industrial projects under construction ,24 new industrial projects of over 100 million yuan kicked off and 17 new industrial projects of over 100 million yuan been put into operation.
